Handmade Washi from Mino: Washi made in Mino is carefully handmade, sheet by sheet, by skilled artisans. The washi used in WASHIKA bags is a thick, reinforced variety made exclusively for WASHIKA.
Kakishibu Dyeing: The washi is dyed with kakishibu (persimmon tannin), a traditional Japanese dye, giving it a deep color and character.
Flap: To keep the design simple, the flap fastens with two magnetic buttons on the inside, combining a clean look with easy opening and closing.
Silver Chain: Comes with a detachable silver chain, so it can also be used as a shoulder bag.
