About Shipping Charges

This website (hereinafter referred to as "our store") offers free shipping on all products.

Shipping Method

The shipping method shall be the method specified by our store.

As a rule, we use EMS for shipments to the United States, and Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport for shipments within Japan.

As a general rule, we do not accept date and time requests.

However, if for some reason you wish to specify a delivery method, date, or time zone, please be sure to contact us in advance [before ordering]. We will not accept your request after your order has been placed. Please understand this in advance.

About delivery time

We use a delivery method with a tracking number to ensure delivery to the customer.

Basically, your order will arrive within one week after delivery is completed (3-4 weeks for remote islands). (In some cases, such as remote islands, it may take a few more days.) (This is not the case in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this in advance.)
