Refund
We accept return of unused item. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee.
If you wish to have a refund, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.

Shipping fee of return products
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned goods due to customer's own reason for exchange.

Express company, shipment pick-up service for returned products
Please use EMS for returns due customers' personal preferences or reasons.
Customs duty may be applied when returning the product, so please check 「returned goods」・「refund」 when filling customer declaration forms.
(If customs duty is incurred, we will refuse to receive it.)

Refund
Refund to credit card will be held once the returned product arrived our office.
The original payment amount may be charged once according to the closing date of credit card companies.
Refunds may take 2-3 months depending on the closing date of the credit card company.
The refund will only cover the product price.
Please contact your credit card company directly for details.

Fee for exchange or return of products
We do not charge any fees for product exchange or refund.
However, exchange fees or service charges may be charged when changing the payment amount by the card company.
Customers are responsible for these fees.
