*We accept return of unused item. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee.
*If you wish to have a refund, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.

# Shipping fee of return products
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for returned goods due to customer's own reason for exchange.

# Express company, shipment pick-up service for returned products
*Please use EMS for returns due customers' personal preferences or reasons.
*Customs duty may be applied when returning the product, so please check 「returned goods」・「refund」 when filling customer declaration forms.
(If customs duty is incurred, we will refuse to receive it.)

# Refund
*Refund to credit card will be held once the returned product arrived our office.
*The original payment amount may be charged once according to the closing date of credit card companies.
*Refunds may take 2-3 months depending on the closing date of the credit card company.
*The refund will only cover the product price.
*Please contact your credit card company directly for details.

# Fee for exchange or return of products
*We do not charge any fees for product exchange or refund.
*However, exchange fees or service charges may be charged when changing the payment amount by the card company.
*Customers are responsible for these fees.
