From January 24 to January 26, 2025, we held a three-day ใ ๅ็ถ - ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ - ใ POP-UP STORE event at Miyajimaguchi in Hiroshima Prefecture.
Following 2024, this marked our second time holding the event there.
Miyajimaguchi is known as the gateway to Miyajima, home to the World Heritage site Itsukushima Shrine, and is a lively area visited by many travelers from Japan and abroad.
It was a valuable opportunity for us to introduce the appeal of WASHIKA bags to many people in such a special location.
At the venue, visitors were able to see and hold the bags in person, experiencing the unique texture of washi and their remarkable lightness.
We were also delighted to hear comments from visitors such as, โItโs so durable, I can hardly believe itโs made of washi,โ โItโs very light and looks easy to carry,โ and โThe combination with genuine leather is so beautiful.โ
We will continue to hold POP-UP STORE events where people can see and touch our products in person.
We hope to keep sharing the warmth and unique charm of washi, which cannot be fully conveyed online, with even more people.
