We are delighted to share that from January 24 to 26, 2025, we held our second Washika POP-UP store event at Miyajimaguchi in Hiroshima Prefecture, building on the success of our first event in 2024.
Miyajimaguchi is the gateway to Miyajima, home to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Itsukushima Shrine. This lively location attracts numerous tourists, both domestic and international, providing a wonderful opportunity to share the charm of Washika's bags.
At the store, visitors had the chance to see and touch our bags, experiencing firsthand the unique texture and lightweight feel of traditional Japanese washi paper.
We were delighted to receive heartwarming feedback, including:
